She burned my face. Terrible and totally unprofessional. After the peel she didn’t suggest anything for after care, after 30 minutes of the peel I realized that my face is burnt. I reached out to her right away and sent her my pictures but her response was oh no give it time. I messaged her a week later, she had the same response. I was following my own skin care which was a calming balm, moisturizer and spf she didn’t suggest anything for aftercare as well. Now when I asked her after 3 weeks again for fixing this or compensation but she is adamant that’s it’s not her fault, because this didn’t happen to her customer rather than fixing this. So please reach to someone professional, rather than wasting your money and getting your face burned.
